I believe in the fundamental responsibility of teachers to ultimately nurture growth mindset with all students.

It is in my belief and philosophy that education, the classroom, and its teacher should ultimately nurture a constructivist environment to guide and motivate students through their journey to develop skills in self-inquiry, an interest to pursue a subject of their choosing, and to receive the tools necessary to build success for themselves and their futures.
